Meet Our Team
Hannah graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and shortly thereafter received her license as a Certified Public Accountant. She worked for Deloitte & Touché LLP, a national accounting firm, for 6 years in the audit division performing audits on large, publicly traded companies. After leaving Deloitte, Hannah served as a Corporate Controller for a publicly traded oil and gas company located in Houston, Texas for 7 years. She founded her own accounting firm in 2022 after working as an auditor of Housing Authorities as an independent contractor for 14 years. When not crunching numbers, she is the proud mom to 3 children, fundraises for her children’s schools, and volunteers as Treasurer of the Band Boosters.

Teresa joined our team in 2025 after almost 20 years at KPMG consulting multinational clients on best practices in global mobility policy, payroll, and tax compliance. At KPMG, Teresa managed policy implementation, global payroll administration, and US individual income tax compliance for clients whose workforce spanned 60+ countries. Today, Teresa has shifted into the auditing world and is fast learning housing. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and Tax from Texas A&M University. When not hard at work, Teresa is with her husband and 2 young kids, enjoys escaping the suburbs to her family’s farm, and is planning her next international travel adventure.
Teresa Mingori, CPA
Amie Bond is a former television and music business executive turned compliance enthusiast. A graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, Amie’s career path led her from Bellville, Texas to New York City and back to Austin, Texas. After 20+ years in corporate entertainment, Amie teamed up with her sister-in-law, Hannah, began learning the world of public housing, and fast became familiar with all things compliance. Amie holds multiple specialist certificates in housing: Public Housing, HCV, Multifamily Housing, and RAD PBV. When not at her desk, Amie enjoys hiking the Texas Hill Country and volunteering for Musicians on Call, Austin City Limits, and Zach Scott Theatre.
